Dentist Gives Mom The Bad Report

DoDo used to eat lots of candy all the time and I would get on to him about eating so much candy. I used to insist that he eat more fruits but he continued to eat candy. I would usually schedule our appointments on the same day back- to back. Well, I went for my cleaning and check up first. The results were not good at all. I had seven cavities and I am the one who was always flossing, brushing and using mouthwash after meals. The dentist told DoDo that his checkup was excellent much better than mine and he even told DoDo my results. So, when we left the dentist office DoDo said “see there Ma you need to start eating candy and then asked me if I wanted a Squirrel Nut (type of candy) and then he gave me one of his great-big smiles.
