"For I know him, that he will command his children and his household after him, and they shall keep the way of the LORD." ~Genesis 18:19

CPT Rashad-Ali was the proud and loving daddy of Alexis, Kenny and Khaliq and they adored him dearly. He spent quality time with them and he would call them on a conference call and have his mother on the line at the same time. He loved and supported his children, taught them discipline and raised them to be respectful to themselves and to others. He advised them as his mother advised him "you only get out of life what you put into it, so always strive for the very best." His children meant the world to him.

His oldest child is Kenneth Le'Vondris Gaddy, II. Kenny is 14 years old and love art. Kenny was in Hawaii with his mother while she was on military assignment. CPT Rashad-Ali flew to Hawaii to bring Kenny back to live with him, Kendra and Khaliq. Kenny is a thinker and very smart. He lives in Killeen TX.

Alexis Chantel Byrd is the second child and she is very smart and placed 3rd on the state equivalent test. Alexis is 11 years old. Her father would go and visit her and they would go on daddy and daughter outings. She was scheduled to go and live with her daddy but he was killed two weeks before her trip. She lives in Park Forest, IL.

Khaliq Fuquan Malik-Sharef Rashad is the third and youngest child. He is 10 years old. He is an A/B honor roll student. DoDo was married to Kendra, Khaliq’s mom and so, Khaliq spent a lot of time with his daddy because he was in the home and his mother had military assignments that took her out of the country. Khaliq lived in Maryland with his dad while his mother was in Korea. He loved to visit his daddy at work and would share his dad’s work experience with everyone. Khaliq lives in Killeen TX.

What is so amazing about CPT Rashad-Ali and his boys, they were all born on a Thursday, weighed 7.5 pounds, their first names begin with the letter K, and they all played little league baseball.

Since Kenny and Khaliq both live in Killeen, TX they get to spend a lot of time together. To fulfill their father’s wish I am making great strides to get them all together and we are going to have a merry old time. Just as their daddy would have wanted.
